I’m Jen Olivier, a communications and digital marketing freelancer who thrives behind the scenes. Bringing clarity to the chaos, turning ideas into messages that resonate, and making sure everything runs smoothly. I’m all about getting things done with purpose, calm and plenty of tea!

Over the years, I’ve supported executives, implemented communications plans, and managed digital content in both corporate and remote settings. Now, I’m stepping into a new chapter. This freelance journey is an intentional shift that allows me to offer my experience independently to partner with businesses in a way that’s more personal, more flexible, and more impactful.

I’ve been fortunate to work with some truly talented individuals and teams, contributing to projects than span internal comms, social media, website management, and executive support. Along the way, I’ve become known as the person who just gets it—calm under pressure, thoughtful in my approach, and focused on doing things right the first time. I’ll contribute insightfully and move effortlessly from one challenge to the next, bringing people along with a mix of professionalism, empathy, and quiet drive. 

When I’m not working, you’ll find me glued to the tennis (seriously, I schedule around Grand Slams) immersed in a good book, or fiercely defending a triple-word score in Scrabble.
